Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (St. Hubert Galleries) is a 19th century shopping arcade in the heart of Brussels. I didn’t much care about the shops inside the arcade, but the architecture itself was worth a stroll through.
Chocolate shops, but of course.
Somehow ended up getting macarons in a chocolate shop.
I remembered reading about Mokafe from a few guidebooks so decided to sit down for a waffle with strawberries (4.5 euros) . Mokafe serves crispy “Brussels-style” waffles, which are too light and crunchy for me. My heart still goes to the the soft and slightly chewy “Liege-style” waffles sold on every street corners of Brussels.
